Improving Eye Sight – Get Rid of Your Spects By These Simple Eye Exercises

The difference between a person with a normal vision and one wearing spects is merely of the dislocation of retina. A person has to waer spects in order to correct this dislocation. However, the good news is that retina can be relocated at the correct place by following some simple exercises!

Wake up in the morning, wash your eyes properly and have a comfertable posture. Then slowly start rolling your eyes in left – right direction. Do it for 50 times, or till you are comfertable with it. Then rest for sometime, and repeat this exercise with up-down direction.

After you are done with it, rotate your eyes in clockwise direction till the time you feel comfertable with it. Rest, and then repeat this exercise with anticlockwise direction.

After doing above exercises, gently cover your eyes with your palms, and sit idle for 5 minutes. While palming, do not put any pressure on your eyes. Just relax and enjoy!

These exercises can be done anywhere at anyplace and anytime. however the best time for doing them is at morning. Also do not overdo them, and try to enjoy them while doing it.

These simple exercises can bring the retina back to its right location. I know 3 people, who did these forabout 6 months, and their vision improved drastically; one of them even got rid of his spects!

One thing that you have to remember is that you have to be consistent with these exercises. They will hardly take 10 minutes at a time, so you can easily do it at least twice a day, of course, if you can do more, then you can expect better and quicker results!
